Hey all, Found my way here and glad to be here. I live in the middle of North America...actually 4 KM from the exact middle!
I have been training in Karate for 30+ years and I am a student of Dingman Sensei in Winnipeg. I have done Karate, Judo, Sambo, and a bunch of other styles when I was younger.
I used to be a military man, then transitioned into security and finally went to school for sports med and after that went to work in an office working with insurance.
Hope to read some interesting stuff and see other points of view on this great art we all have a passion for!

Osu Paul B Hey Paul, Glad to see you here as well...and having someting to contribute...well I like to write/talk....does that count ...lots of exerience...you calling me old  Winnipeg is Winnipeg....two things you can count on here...Pot holes and the MAJOR change in weather over a 12 hour period...we always say "welcome to winterpeg...dont like the weather...hang on a second!". We went from plus 2 yesterday with no wind and sun to minus 17 grey skys and a horrible wind! I got the call from Steve on Face book....checked out the place and figued it looked excellent so I jumped on. James |
