My daughter and her family live out there (Torbay, so not just round the corner). I suspect she'll probably be the only person out there wearing a Welsh supporters jersey Another 6 weeks of beer and pizza, bang goes the waistline (again).

'tis a fact of life for those of us that are meat eaters I'm afraid, I'm not particulrly squeemish about the concept (but I am at least selective about where my meat comes from these days).

I managed it for a couple of years, (actually fixed some health problems I was having at the time), it was the restaurant curry that did it for me eventually, I got fed up of side dishes while everybody else was having the real thing, mind you, I have a mean (and easy) recipe for a Chickpea and Paneer curry that I still do at home. Having said that I probably only have meat 2-3 days a week now, which is why I can afford to be selective I guess. This is a real "roughty toughty" karate conversation to be having
