Very quickly sorry (in an attempt to break the silence that has engulfed the site of the last few days ) does anyone have any advice on improving ankle flexibility? GenkaiMade

Hi Alex,
I found running and cycling are very good for building up
strength and stamina in the muscles around the feet and ankles (as well as many other benefits obviously).
I'm pretty sure swimming would be very beneficial too.
As for flexibility I find a well balanced warm up before training
really helps and if you find you are lacking flexibility in a particular
then the stretches/warm ups you do should be bias towards
developing this. Without detriment to a balanced routine though.
Hope you get a couple of ideas from this.
