A small post to say hello my name is Derek and I am new to my Karate studies. I train at the JKS Perth club (formerly SKI Perth) in Scotland. I sit my grading for 6thQ Green Belt this coming saturday. Oss and thank you all for allowing me to read and learn on the board. Dek

Hi Derek, next time I go holidaying in Scotland I will call in for a lesson. This is a great place with no chips on shoulders or "I am" attitude, feel free to ask any question you want, however daft it may sound. There is also a gold mine of information from the more senior Karateka on here.
All I can suggest pre grading is practice your Kata 20 times a day so it becomes second nature and less to worry/think about on the day, Good luck!
