No Haven't seen them but do know Simon and know he has done many years of Door Work so should know his stuff - what's your opinion of the tapes? Also - if you feel they are good and value for money post details of how to obtain them here I am aware that many members here live in remote areas of the world and decent Vids and tapes are a good source of info for them as Instructor access is often a great distance away.

Steve I have worked in the Prison service for 16 years, I boxed and done a bit of boyhood fighting on the street as well as doing the doors for roughly the same time. I honestly think his view point on things are very good. I am a newbie to shotokan and feel he has got things right in these videos. He explains about the five principils (different but the same to how we were tought to fight) and shows how they apply to my now chosen martial art. It takes things in a basic but real life situation and to me are a must for anyone new or old to shotokan and its practical application in dirty fight situation. Is Simon still teaching as I would love to train with him?

Well that's great news then - as i said, I hadn't seen them but am aware he has 'served his time' to use a term and am pleased you have let others here know they are 'worth a look'.
