I first came upon the work of Tom Kurz several decades ago and I can absolutely assure everyone that IF you follow his advice and training procedures correctly YOU will see an improvement in your flexibility. Most importantly he recognises that some will have limits to what can be achieved but even shows you how to gauge that before you start. I stumbled across this site and hope you all find it useful.
