Okay, so some of you may have read from my other post, that I'm now doing both classes at training. Well, I just came back from training, and everything makes sense now - I can understand why everything in the lower class is done, and I really do feel quite stupid for any negative thoughts I've ever had towards my dojo...
Well, I came out of the session and was getting changed, and thought to myself - I wonder what I'll write on OSS? I checked out my body, and minus all the muscular aches and pains, I couldn't see any cuts or scrapes and whatnot, and was slightly confused. I kind of grinned cunningly in on myself, and thought 'well done!'. That's the point at which my nose started violently spraying out blood XD
I'm going to be integrating a lot more kihon into my personal out-of-dojo training from now on!
