I'm just watching Enter The Dragon - yet again ! In the scenes at the beginning, is that REALLY Bruce Lee doing the back flip and the somersault or a lookalike / stuntman ? I'm hoping it IS him, but I'm not sure !

Boy I used to have a lot of information on Bruce Lee, I`m sure that I still have some buried somewhere. Andy, I`m sorry but, I do believe that this is one of the few instances that a stunt double was used. Bruce Lee was a lot of things, but a Gymnast wasn`t one of them. However my memory could be fading!! Another pont of interest, the Cobras were de-venomed & he was bitten by one while handling it in Han`s fortress...

Yes Paul, I knew about the snake, and that the bottles used by O'Hara (Bob Wall) were made of real glass, and that Parsons (Peter Archer) nearly drowned when the small boat started to sink ! ;D Shame about Bruce not actually doing the flip and somersault though !

The guy made great movies. But so did a lot of others. Bruce, was just one of the first.

I am far more impressed with Jackie Chan and his stunt work than bruces attempt to make martial arts Drama's. Just saying!!

I prefer Steven Seagal as he makes it look effortless, Jackie seems to do more comedy stuff or looks like he got lucky too often. Both have an exceptional way of taking apart their attacker with lightening fast strikes.

Difference is that Jackie does his own stunts and happens to do comedy....Segal is a joke and has others doing the stunt work...guess they are sort of the same. Any one remember the Segal challenge in the early 90's? Man that stuff still makes me laugh!
