Is anyone planning any extra training over Xmas period? I've just been looking when our clubs will be shut over the holidays and wondering if I can cope....
Was thinking of getting a hall hired for half a day and running a Kata class or something, has anyone tried such a thing and did you get any interest? Guess that most kids will be busy with family round, i've got a hundred jobs to do but half of them are not possible if the weather is bad so will be sat indoors ignoring the other jobs....

I have tried in the past but always bombed. These days I resign myself to 2 weeks without class and a further week of minimum attendance until things get back to normal.

I asked a few last night and was given initial interest but then people started to think of their list of things happening and couldn't see any spare days/hours.

were having an adults only fitness and kumite class between Christmas and new year another excuse for a social case of beer. Our numbers have been high this past month on a tuesday and friday but sundays have been low. Sign of the time of year still training though so all is good.

we will be having the usual two weeks off. Nobody wants an informal training session anywhere so Iwill be doing my own thing. Usual running, free weights session and some solo kihon and kata practice within range of Banana furniture!

Christmas week & New Years eve off. Certainly no extra training, even though it would be better than eating more butter tarts, but a guys gotta do, what a guys gotta do...
