Hi all,
We are now in a position to announce the details of this summers "Friendship" course.
This will be a one day course in July in the South of England. As before this course is open to all graded students over the age of 16, irrespective of association or affiliation, all you need is a Gi, an open mind and a willingness to learn, try some things out of the "normal" training regime and have some fun.
There will be 6 hours training with a light lunch provided, followed by (for anyone who's interested) a post training curry and social at a local venue (this is NOT included in the cost ).
I am expecting this course to be popular and the numbers will be kept low to assure that everyone gets personal attention so don't be shy about putting your name down. Payment in advance to secure your place but even if you are not sure about what you are doing that far ahead please register your interest and we'll try to get you there on the day. PM me for payment contact details.
Apologies in advance for the "Southern" nature of the course but hopefully (if we can get enough instructors interested) we can make this a regular (and regional) thing promoted through this site.
Details as below:
Instruction will be provided by sensei Rod de Silva 6th Dan (Shotokan) and sensei Errol Field 6th Dan (Jiu Jitsu)
It will be held on SUNDAY the 28th July starting at 9.30am. There will be FOUR one and a half hour sessions (two in the morning and two in the afternoon). Drinks and sandwiches will be provided during the lunch break.
