I took silver in kobudo in the 45+ men's advanced division @ New Jersey District AAU Karate Championship Tournament, today, Sunday, March 22, 2015, in Morristown, New Jersey.

I feel pretty good because I just had hip replacement surgery less than 2 months ago. So I did kata & kobudo. I did sayunchin & bo. No jumping or kicking

Don't say woulda, coulda, shoulda!
