Hello all martial arts enthusiasts, I just joined the forum. Among my background in the martial arts I've done some Shotokan as well as some other martial arts styles.

Thanks for joining and welcome. I'm afraid that virtually nobody uses the forum any more so I wouldn't expect a lot of interaction. However there is loads of old stuff, some of which may be useful so by all means look around.
