Hey everyone - i have been contacting lots of people to tell them about this great site and try to get them to come and join.

Dod, Kim and Liam have done so much for us all by not only launching this site but keeping it running whilst they, as a family, are dealing with some real heavy stuff.

so go and get your karate friends here

and then we can say to them -

WELCOME TO THE LAND OF OSS!
