Hello everyone, my name is Ian.
I have been visiting this forum as a guest for a few months now and find it very informative.
I have been training shotokan now for more years than I care to remember, though suffice to say Dod Watt and myself trained together when we were at school which must be a couple of years ago now.
Look forward to partaking in the discussions.
