OK I medaled in the AAU Regional Championships. Now I qualify for the Nationals where I can compete in the 'old geezer's' division. Thanks, Tom (PS-It's getting harder & harder because in these competitions I'm in the 45 & division & every year younger guys move up & I just get older)

Thanks guys! I just wish some of my guys would compete I have 4 or 5 guys that should be competing but they don't want to. I never force people to compete. I explain that it's good experience because you deal with the same emotions you would encounter in a street or cage fight. It is also a gauge to see where you stand in comparison to other dojo/competitors. Thanks Again, Tom

Thanks Again, Tom if the AAU will pay our expenses I know I could bring a UK Vets Team over - I would even don a mouthguard and have a go meself!
