Liam and George have obviously put a lot of time and effort into trying to get this site going - so let us all help. we all, i am sure have lots of Karate friends and colleagues - so simply let them know about this knew site. One way would be to print out the following on a piece of paper many times - cut it up and hand one to each of your club members.
