Hi all, I am planning to run the New York City Marathon in November this year for a childrens hospital here in Ireland. I have a big target and it is a massive challenge for me as Ive never attempted a marathon before. my training for this is starting now, 5months before. Any and all help and support is hugely appreciated. Thanks a million
