I hope everyone will join with me in wishing the Multi Association UK team the very best of luck at the United Nations World Karate championships this weekend.

Especially Shotokan Karate Friendship Course Participants:

Terry Oliver - Team Manager
George Oliver - Competing
Sam Weaver - Competing
Steve Axelson - competing
Rachel Houlton - Competing
and Sarah Brown who is joining them to 'be Mum for everyone'
