I'm sorry James, I seem to have misunderstood the title of this section of discussion named "Current Events in Karate" and stupidly mistook the" Recent" charging of a prominent high ranking" karateka" who is also know to everyone here as being a "karate related" event because the article did not mention karate.
Sorry but I couldn't see anyone throwing any muck or taking advantage in anyone's posts that you locked. If there is I must have missed it. In fact almost everyone (including me in my first post) had mentioned that the outcome has to be waited for and that it is not final.
Were your saying this to me for bringing up the topic or referring to anything negative that you perceived I had said?
I still stand by my claim that this IS a "current affair in karate".
I think that is a fair enough policy and the prerogative of the forum administrator but shouldn't you wait first for the inflammatory comment or personal shot against others to appear first?
Anyway, just some thoughts not meant to offend but calmly justify the reason for posting and why I feel you ( understandably) over-reacted.
This forum is about....wait for it....Karate and not the personal lives of others,

this is formal notice that this line of conversation is a massive no no here and will get you turfed as this IS your formal warning and if you are not here to talk about Karate, well we can just delete you now right!

Keep in mind, I have no problem banning people and also deleting crap that is just inflamitory and designed to get a personal shot in against others.
